1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is WALCZAK sp. z o.o., ul. Dworcowa 1, 63-130 Książ Wlkp., Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 785-16-65-737 (hereinafter: "Controller").
2. Purposes, legal bases and scope of data processing
Your personal data is processed for various purposes, depending on which feature of our website you use:
A. Contact form
Purpose: To present the company's offer via telephone or electronic contact and to answer your questions.
Scope of data: First and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, investment address.
Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
B. Quotation request form
Purpose: To prepare and send a personalised quotation for the services/products of WALCZAK sp. z o.o. and to contact you to discuss the details of the quotation.
Scope of data: First and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, investment address and other data voluntarily provided in the enquiry necessary to prepare the quotation.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent to contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
C. Recruitment process
Purpose: To carry out the current recruitment process.
Scope of data: Data specified in Art. 22(1) of the Polish Labour Code and other data voluntarily provided (e.g. in a CV).
Legal basis: Labour law provisions (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 22(1) of the Polish Labour Code) and your consent regarding additional data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Purposes of cookies: We use cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, to analyse website traffic (statistics) and for marketing purposes.
Types of cookies: We use essential cookies (for the website to function), analytical cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing cookies.

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities processing it on behalf of the Controller, in particular IT service providers (e.g. hosting providers), providers of analytical and marketing tools, and entities supporting us in handling enquiries, insofar as this is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
5. Data retention period
- Form data (contact/quotation): Stored until consent is withdrawn, the enquiry/quotation handling is completed, or until the limitation period for any claims expires.
- Recruitment data: Stored until the end of the recruitment process (unless you consent to participate in future recruitment).
- Cookie data: Stored for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.
6. Rights related to data processing
You have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy
- Rectify (correct) your data
- Erase data or restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal)
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you believe that processing violates GDPR provisions
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data in the forms (contact and quotation) is voluntary but necessary for us to present you with an offer or prepare a quotation. In the case of recruitment, providing data within the scope required by the Labour Code is necessary to participate in the process.
